By accessing or using Graam Factory, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on Graam Factory. A valid delivery address within India is required to place an order.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Seller Terms

• All sellers are verified through AGE India before they can list products.
• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including pricing, description and availability.
• Graam Factory charges a commission on each sale, currently set at [TODO: confirm rate] of the order value.

5. Buyer Conduct

Buyers agree to use the platform honestly — placing genuine orders, providing accurate delivery details, and treating sellers with respect. Abusive behaviour toward sellers or support staff may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Product photos, brand assets, and other content on Graam Factory belong to their respective owners (sellers or Graam Factory) and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Graam Factory connects buyers and sellers but is not itself the manufacturer of the products sold. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Graam Factory will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Graam Factory after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
