1. Delivery Areas

Graam Factory currently delivers across India. International delivery is not yet available — [TODO: confirm launch timeline].

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed by the seller within 1–2 business days of being placed, before they're handed off for shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the time an order is shipped. This can vary depending on where the seller is based, in keeping with our geo-tagged, village-to-doorstep model.

4. Shipping Charges

For the pilot, shipping is a flat ₹49 per order, matching the checkout experience. [TODO: confirm final shipping logic, e.g. free delivery above a threshold].

5. Order Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email and SMS with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact our support team and we'll follow up with the seller and courier on your behalf.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive it, the courier will typically make further attempts before the order is returned to the seller.
